In this exercise the focus is:
- the important start in each action, when a player must be quick at the pitch.
- to concentrate to make a good passing without hitting the other ball. Maybe the players can make the passing without a good 1. touch - maybe they have to repair with one or two touches.
- with a good start the player must start with small steps in the start to make the best acceleration.
