The players use this coordination exercise to practice and develop their ball control, when at the same time discover new areas within mastering the ball. The exercise is built on the players’ coordination and creativity.
The coach can use this exercise as a “mental and physical break”, where the players allow themselves to be inspired by the others. The exercise could be done like this: “Who wants to demonstrate an exercise, which improves your ball control?” A player demonstrates the exercise, after that the others are to try to imitate him/her. The coach decides whether more than one player-selected exercise should be demonstrated.
4 training poles and 1 ball per player.
