Here the players work together 3 and 3. Focus on acceleration during the first meters with the ball, along with preparing to receive the ball.
The coach sets up the exercise based on the players’ level. The speed of the dribbles, type of dribbles, number of touches, and take-overs depends on the players’ level. The players do this exercise for 3 x 2 minutes. Between each interval, there is a 1 minute break.
4 - 8 training poles and 1 ball per 3 players.
The exercise can be used to practice passes. After 1st touch, the ball is passed back.
