The players work on developing their ball-control by pulling the ball with the soles of their feet between two cones - left and right foot in turns. The exercise provides the players with even more movement-experience and with that better coordination with the ball.
The coach demonstrates the correct execution of the exercise. Work in intervals of 3 x 1 minutes, where the breaks are used to talk to the players about how to optimize the exercise in order to e.g. do it with higher speed and more skilled. Good balance, low centre of gravity, concentration, and focus on the ball are keywords in this exercise in order to succeed as well as possible. Area: A circular area with a diameter of 10 m (33 ft) with a distance of 3 m (10 ft) between the cones in the circumference of the area.
