Focus

In our philosophy we find it important, that the players can perform ball movements both forward and backward/right and left foot. This exercise provides the players with even more movement-experience and ball-control, since they have to push and pull the ball with the soles of their feet forward and backward.

Instructions

In this exercise we could talk about the importance of maintaining a low centre of gravity, in order to improve control of body and ball. Area: A circular area with a diameter of 10 m (33 ft) with a distance of 3 m (10 ft) between the cones in the circumference of the area.
