Each player has his/her own ball in this exercise, where focus is on improving ball control, coordination, and dribble skills at high speed.
There are many good technical and coordination-wise aspects in this exercise. You could start out with having the players roll the ball with the soles of their shoes with right and left foot in turns. At a given signal, they are to - in high speed - dribble through the set up cones on the edges of the area, using right and left foot in turns. After this, they return to the center, where the coach can give them a new technical challenge. When coaching the players, the coach takes his starting-point in the individual player’s level. The exercise can be done I 2 intervals of 3 minutes. Use the break actively to talk to the players about their learning in order to make necessary adjustments.
