This exercise includes many good aspects of playing 1:1. Fast feet, dribbles, feints, and shots are the basics of this really great exercise.
Before starting the exercise, the coach talks to the players about their focus areas. A question could be: “Which skills do you need to make this exercise work?” The players do the exercise 5 times.
