Ball control, reactions, sense of locality, and fast feet are in focus in this exercise. The players dribble around in a defined area. At a given signal they must as quickly as possible stop their ball, touch another one, and continue their dribble with a third one.
Ball control, fast feet, and sense of locality are crucial skills in order to succeed in this exercise. The players work in 3 intervals of 2 minutes, where the breaks are used to coach the players on the skills mentioned.
The other players’ balls must be touched with head, knee, and elbow, before continuing.
