Focus

The players take turns at dribbling forward, using their left/right foot. The dribbles take place in a field of chaos, where you are not allowed to touch the other players or their balls. The players must continuously adjust their movements and ball contact according to the changing space. The players’ sense of locality is also trained in this exercise.

Instructions

The coach demonstrates the forward dribble and focuses his instruction on touches with right and left foot in turns. You could work in 3 intervals of 2 minutes, where the break is used to coach the players on what is observed.
