In this exercise the players are to practice their gross motor skills. Focus on right/left coordination, where the players are to dribble along a marked line with right and left foot in turns.
First of all the coach dribbles through the course. It is important to explain that the speed should match the players’ skills. The exercise is repeated 3 - 4 times.
A line/string, 1 ball per player
The dribbles could be finished with a kick at the goal.
