Focus on shots using instep drive. After dribbling past the cones, perhaps feinting at the last one, the players practice shooting with the instep drive.
Before doing this exercise, you could let the players practice the correct instep drive without the ball, perhaps at a half-cone. The coach first demonstrates this. Have the players kick with both legs, even though this might be difficult for players in this age group. Each player does the exercise 5 times.
1 goal, 5 half-cones, and 1 ball per player.
One of the players could act as a defender.
