The aim with this exercise is to create understanding with the players regarding the good preparation to succeed with a good pass. Before a good pass can be completed, the pass from the team mate is essential - as well as the first touch on the ball - of the receiving player.

Instructions

The coach passes out instructions on: - The pass must be played on the attacking foot of the receiver - The receiver activates his 1. Touch – angles it – so that the following action is easier to complete - The passes can be made long-line or cross-line - The players challenge themselves with both right and left foot.
