Instructions

The coach points out the two training elements of the exercise: The good instep pass and the directional 1st touch. After this, the coach can demonstrate the exercise with a player. Alternatively, the coach can instruct two players and let them demonstrate the exercise, while the coach comments on it along the way. Let the players attempt with both legs.
