One of the fundamental elements of Technica is that everything a player can do with the left side of his/her body, he/she must also be able to do with the right side. Everything the player can do going forward, he/she must also be able to do going backwards, and at the same time to both sides and in all angles. The Christian Eriksen-exercise aims at improving these skills by letting the player bring the ball forward on the field rapidly using both right and left leg and at the same time i various angles.


On this easily arranged course, the coach starts out by demonstrating the exercise and then points out the focus-areas to the players. The low centre of gravity, the correct touch on the ball along with the pace, adjusted to the players' individual skills. It is recommended that the exercise is done in 3 sets of 2 minutes, where the breaks are used on coaching the players in reference to their experiences with the content and focus-areas of the exercise.
