The exercise trains forward dribble skills, using right and left leg in turns, along with inside cuts with both legs. The exercise ends with a push pass (accuracy) at a cone.
First, the coach demonstrates. After this, he/she instructs the players in the inside cut itself. Players complete the course 5 times. The degrees of difficulty depend on the players’ level. You could count the number of tipped cones - who was best?
5 cones, 5 training poles, and 1 ball per player.
You could add other turns, e.g. outside cut or turning while rolling the ball under foot.
