Focus

In this exercise the players are to work on high speed while at the same time coordinating movements. Furthermore, they work on the correct movement of arms and proper acceleration in starts.

Instructions

The players start and finish at the same cone - you can run in both directions and the runs could be compared to a Formula 1 race. Area: A circular area with a diameter of 10 m. (32 ft). Distance between the players’ half-cones is 3 m. (10 ft). Time: After each run you get a break of 4 times the time a run takes. Maximum 5 runs per player.
