Players practice fast feet in order to improve their acceleration. To achieve a good acceleration, you need to have a good execution in the ankle-joints, good arm pulls, as well as good coordination. The exercise begins with a push pass and ends with a shot.


The coach begins by demonstrating the exercise. The players do it 5 times. Change sides regularly, so that the players start by passing with the left leg and also shoot with this leg. Finish off by talking to the players about their experiences with this exercise.
