In this exercise the players practice their coordination skills with the ball. It helps them develop their versatile movement pattern with the ball.


The coach demonstrates the exercise, perhaps with a player. Focus on right/left coordination. The demonstrated details could be replaced by others more suitable for the players’ level coordination-wise. The players do the exercise 3 - 4 times.
