In this exercise the players use the wall/flexible ballwall to actively improve their push pass.
The players’ level determines the speed in which the exercise is done. It would be a good idea to practice both right and left leg. If you have access to a wall/flexible ballwall, there are a large number of exercises available. At this age level, this would be a great advantage when it comes to technical training.
