The exercise focuses on the players’ coordination and ability to quickly combine several movement patterns in the same direction when moving forward. Focus on quick foot change and rotation in both directions. Furthermore, focus on rotations around both the vertical and horizontal axis.
The coach demonstrates the exercise using moderate speed and afterwards explains the demands for rotations and footwork. The players go through the course 4 - 5 times. Minimum break between the exercises must last 1 minute.
6 hoops, a goal, and 1 ball per player.
The course could be varied. You could add movements to the right/left side med actions performed moving backwards. The shots could be done on larger goals with a keeper.
