This exercise trains the players’ coordination, balance strength in jumping, centre of gravity, and kicks. It aims at providing the players with as versatile a movement pattern as possible.


It’s a good idea to talk about the movement of arms and the importance of maintain a low centre of gravity in order to keep good balance. Players should repeat the exercise 3-4 times.
