The players work on improving their coordination, balance, and strength in arms and upper body. Yet another exercise that strengthens their motor apparatus. The exercise is finished with a kick at the goal.


Tell the players of the importance of having the right body posture in order to maintain good balance and speed in the exercise. The exercise is repeated 3 - 4 times.
