Focus on the players’ ability to do a good pass in relation to distance and angle, along with getting ready to receive the ball.
The coach demonstrated the exercise with the players and tells them about the focus areas, which are quality in passes and getting ready to receive the ball. In this exercise, the good pass is characterized by it being passed to the receiver’s most remote foot, having the correct speed, and falling at the right angle. The receiver is instructed about moving to the blind side, getting placed at the right angle, and how to adjust his/her run. Regularly, the players swap positions.
