In this exercise the players are to improve their ability to change direction with the ball. It is important that they practice turning with both the right and left foot.
It would be a good idea first to have the players complete the exercise without the ball, in order for them to gain the right body movements. After this they include the ball. The speed of the exercise must always be adjusted to the children’s level of motor skills, which can be very individual.
