The intent with this exercise is to strengthen the individual players’ ball control using good coordination skills. Focus is on sharp inside cuts and dribbles with right and left foot in turns, keeping the ball at a maximum of 10 cm. from the foot.


Prior to the execution it is important to have a talk with the players, e.g. based on the following questions: - Why is good ball control important when we are to do a sharp turn around the cone? - When are turnings used in matches? Area: A circular area with a diameter of 10 m. (32 ft).
