This exercise is meant to develop the players’ ball-control, reaction, and sense of locality. At a given sign from the coach, they must quickly find a half-cone outside the centre area.


Asking the following questions might be a good idea: - How should you dribble, when you hear the signal? - Which role does ball-control play in this exercise, when you have to stop quickly at the signal?
