Focus

The players dribble while dragging the ball using the soles of their feet. Right and left foot in turns.

Instructions

The exercise could be executed without the ball first, so that the players walk/run while doing the movements in the air. The speed of the exercise should be based on the level of each individual player.

4 half-cones and 6 balls

More ideas

The players could to 2 drags with the right foot, the 2 with the left one. After that, 3 drags with the right foot, 2 with the left one etc. Also, the area could be made smaller causing the exercise to demand even more concentration and in addition more delicate maneuvers.
