This gross motor skills - exercise is the beginning of the players’ ability to better their right/left coordination by dribbling with right/left leg in the marked area, along with training their balance. The exercise is finished with a shot at the goal.


First, have the players “walk” through the course with the ball, allowing them to get a feeling of success. Depending on the players’ individual level, they gradually increase the speed running through the course. The exercise is repeated 3 - 4 times.


Training poles, a goal, and one ball per player.
