In this exercise the players train rhythm and coordination with the intent of developing the correct running style. The exercise is finished with a shot at the goal.


Already at this age it would be a good idea to make the players aware of the correct running style. So you might have a talk with the players about the following: The correct arm pull Landing on forefoot Step frequency and step length in acceleration - fast feet The exercise is repeated 3 - 4 times per player.
